Primary duties may include, but not limited to:
- Answering incoming phone calls and routing them to the correct department
- Handling customer calls regarding online sales orders
- Responds to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence
- Operates a PC/image station to obtain and extract information; documents information; activities and changes in database
- Research and analyze data to address customer service issues
- Provides external and internal customers with required information
- Under immediate supervision, receives and places follow-up telephone calls/emails to answer customer questions that are routine in nature
- Uses computerized systems for tracking , information gathering and, call documentation
