Under general supervision performs all or any combination of routine or specialized duties such as rough carpentry, concrete work, masonry work, earthwork, equipment operation and maintenance. Installs concrete pipe, installs and repairs precast and cast-in-place structures; repairs facilities within the existing canal and drainage systems. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school equivalency and supplemental college courses related to construction management, civil engineering, or construction technology and three (3) years of progressively responsible construction and maintenance experience.

Licensing and Certification Requirements:
A valid Class “A” driver’s license issued by the State of California Department of Motor Vehicles is required.
A current DMV driving record must accompany job application.
