Position Summary:


Our high volume dental practice management company is currently seeking a detail oriented customer service professional to schedule new patient appointments and verify insurance for multiple dental offices. The compensation for this positon is $15-16 per hour (based on experience).


Responsibilities:


  • Schedule new patient appointments

  • Verify patient insurance benefits for multiple practices

  • Answer 100+ inbound calls daily in a fast pace environment

  • Follow up with patients and insurance companies as needed

  • Educate patients on in-house dental program

Requirements:

  • Experience providing exceptional customer service

  • Clear and friendly voice

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Strong computer skills

  • Ability to multitask

Preferred Qualifications (not required):

  • Call Center experience

  • Previous experience in the dental field

  • Bilingual (Spanish)
