Call Center - Member Service Representative (Bank Teller) - Southeast Financial Credit Union - Nashville, TN






Major Duties and Responsibilities


  • Answer inbound calls from members.

  • Assists members on the telephone with inquiries and process transactions.

  • Process deposits, credit card payments and loan payments received in the mail.

  • Process address changes, stop payments and check holds. * Performs file maintenance for all accounts. * Maintain awareness of new products, services and programs.

Job Requirements


  • At least on years of similar or related experience.

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Ability to work simultaneously as well as work effectively with others.

  • Must have interpersonal skills and problem solving skills.
