Primary Responsibilities

This position is responsible for providing efficient, courteous, and confidential service to all telephone callers and directing incoming calls to proper extensions. Greets and directs visitors to their destinations and/or person or persons they request to see.


Summary of Qualifications


  • Experience in a position interpreting and communicating information both orally and in writing

  • Experience in a position interacting with all levels of staff internal and external

  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers both over-the-phone and face-to face is preferred

  • Previous job experience as Customer Service Representative, Switchboard Operator or Receptionist is a plus

  • Experience working in a clerical area preferred
