Reservation Agent Orlando4Villas- Kissimmee Florida Orlando4villas is seeking a sale-minded reservation agent to be a valuable member of our Orlando4Villas Reservation Team. The Agent will work in direct contact with our customers, suppliers and agent. The reservation agent must possess the skills to sell vacation rentals reservations via inbound and outbound phone calls, emails and online web chat in a positive and professional sales environment. Agents should be courteous, self-motivated, detail oriented and be able to multitask in a fast growing company. Answer inbound phone calls from clients (guest, travel agents, suppliers, owners). Make outbound calls to both clients and suppliers. Read and reply to guest emails Monitor bookings for processing of reservations, special requests, amendments, and cancellations. Notate reservation files of all support communication. Must be comfortable working in the vacation homes industry. Must have an interest/passion working with vacation rentals. Must be able to work set schedule.
