Currently, the Arizona Lottery is seeking a Customer Service Representative in the Tucson area who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the Arizona Lottery’s Tucson office. The role is essential in assisting customers with transactions, paying high-tier winners, and resolving customer complaints. Responsibilities include: selling and redeeming lottery tickets, processing claims, and participating in office promotions. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer service representative with strong customer relation skills to support a variety of customers in a fast-paced office.


This is a part-time position consisting of 20 – 38 hours per week.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES


Knowledge:


· One year of experience in customer service concepts and techniques.


Ability:


· Communicate effectively with a diverse customer base and within the Arizona Lottery team.


Skills:


· Basic math computation and cash handling practices


Preference:


· Selective Preference will be given to candidates with previous retail experience.
