We are a full service car wash, detail, and lube center located at 5220 Lemmon Ave. Dallas, TX 75209. We are in a high growth area serving the Love Field and Oak Lawn areas of Dallas. We are currently seeking a General Manager to lead our day to day operations.
Job Description
We are seeking a results oriented General Manager who is highly motivated with a strong focus on customer service. The General Manager will be responsible for the overall operation and profitability of the car wash, detail center, and lube center. He/she will be responsible for managing approximately 35 employees.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Achieve revenue and volume goals while continuously improving the business and customer satisfaction.
- Attract, recruit, and hire personnel to maintain planned staffing needs.
- Train and develop people through constant feedback, refresher training, and performance evaluations.
- Review the facility on a continuous basis and adjust equipment, materials and inventories as needed.
- Proactively manage labor by optimally balancing the right amount of staff on hand to deliver superior results.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures.
- Ensure that safety and security are emphasized, practiced and inspected, and that employees are adequately trained.
- Perform required administrative duties. These include but are not limited to, vendor relations, payroll, billing, accounts payable, state filings, and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of automotive, restaurant, or retail management experience including staff management of 30 or more employees
- Previous carwash management experience strongly preferred
- Previous Quick Lube/Oil Change experience strongly preferred
- General knowledge of employment laws and human resource policies and programs
- Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills required
- Skilled in point of sale systems, excel, word, and quick books.
- Strong work ethic, energy and motivation
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Minimum education of a high school graduate

Salary: $55,000.00 /year
