Advertising Project Coordinator
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist Vice President in all aspects of their job by handling items such as phone calls/messages, email/mail, customer service, and other administrative duties .
- Assist the Advertising Leadership Team with administrative needs they might have .
- Handle special projects, schedule meetings and events, create agendas for meetings, and handle meeting logistics .
- Have contact with Executive Committee, Directors and other leadership staffs across McClatchy .
- Make travel arrangements for leadership team
- Serve on special teams for company and division events and initiatives.

- Able to work with employees at all levels of the organizations
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Job Requirements
- 4 year college degree preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of related experience preferred.
- Proficient at Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Must be familiar with spreadsheets and able to learn new software applications when needed.
- Must have strong customer service skills, good math aptitude, the ability to multi-task, and work well under pressure.
