The successful candidate in this position will strive to offer excellent customer service, pay attention to detail, and be flexible. This is a full-time first shift position, M F. We are located at 4520 Bishop Lane in Louisville, KY. Applicants must pass a post-offer drug screen and background check.

Qualifications
- 5 years call center or customer service experience
- Associates degree required
- Strong Microsoft Excel and other Office products skills

Primary Functions
- Order entry and processing orders via phone call, web, and email
- Support branch sales by managing and communicating order status
- Directing customers with regard to product selection, installation, and technical information
- Take on administrative tasks from selling units
- Evaluate multiple logistics options to create best end results for customer while being cost effective
- Other duties as requested by the Regional Operations Manager
Essential Job Duties
- Customer Service/Inside Sales employees must be able to lift, carry and transport tile samples weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to work in warehouse/construction products environment, on the phone, computer, fax, copier and other office equipment.
Reporting, Reviews and Compensation
- This position reports to the Regional Operations Support Manager
- The position is reviewed at 90-days, and annually thereafter. Reviews are used for goal setting, compensation decisions, process improvement and advancement.
