Our client is a reputable, quality operation, award winning restaurant with a fantastic reputation. They are currently looking for a strong Commis / Chef de Partie with a dedication to service, quality of ingredients and where presentation and flavour is of upmost importance.
As Commis / Chef de partie you will be cooking or baking delicious European cuisine. Most importantly you will need to have a desire to prepare and present beautiful and tasty food.
Previous experience preferred in European cuisine is essential but will train the right person.
