Friendly, motivated and reliable employee with excellent customer service skills; proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Access and Excel; oversight of day to day office responsibilities and employee scheduling; class calendar coordination and continuing education course scheduling, marketing, promotional and social media skills, and able to perform other general office duties. It is important that the candidate possess a growth-minded spirit and creativity.


Previous office management, administrative assistant experience required.


College education preferred, but not required.
