Duties and Responsibilities: * Must have one year of experience in promotions. * Regular and timely attendance. * Flexible schedule to work weekday and weekends. * Daily communication with promotions manager and entire promotions team. * Looks and acts professional at all times on-street, with clients, and staff. * Attend weekly staff meetings with promotions street team. * Distribute contest rules, winner affidavits, and prizing on-streets. * Entertains a crowd in public with games, music and trivia. * To be creative with games and contests on-street to engage listeners at community and promotional hits. * Maintain promotional equipment (canopy, PA’s, tool boxes, prize boxes, etc.) * Brand and market the stations. * Remains calm and professional through stressful circumstances. Follows instructions as well as take steps necessary to prevent mistakes, and find solutions for proper handling. Minimum Qualifications for Consideration: * Occasionally required to stand; walk; sit. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 + pounds * Must possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. * Duties also include the set-up and breakdown of promotional event equipment. * High school diploma or equivalent is required.
