SUMMARY: The Senior Account Representative position is to provide excellent customer service and provide information to address inquiries regarding products and services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Process orders received from Customers, Sales Representatives, and Business Development.
Process inventory transactions and invoices.
Issue purchase orders as required and within established guidelines to fulfill the customers’ order(s). Collaborate with outside vendors as necessary to fulfill order.
Ensure customer records are maintained and up to date at all times.
Resolve product and/or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, requesting any necessary physical examples, and reporting all information as required.
Prepare sales, product, or service reports by collecting and analyzing information.
Arrange shipment of customer product utilizing internal and/or external delivery methods. Coordinate arrangements if customer is using their own freight service.
Work interactively with other departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
Cross-training in other functional areas when appropriate.
Responsible to handle strategic accounts.
Extended hour availability for customer activity.
