DasBrew, Inc. is looking for a Brewer’s Assistant in their Fremont, CA brewery.

Job Requirements:
- Schedule flexibility; weekends and evenings required
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 75 pounds
- Capable of standing for long periods of time
- Able to clean and sanitize potentially hazardous machinery, equipment and chemicals
- Positive attitude with ability to problem-solve
- Willing to be a team player, get along with co-workers and complete a wide variety of tasks in the brewery as needed
- Serious home brewing or commercial brewing experience
- Local resident of the San Francisco Bay Area
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Must be over 21 years of age
Job Responsibilities:
- Brew scheduling, brewing, sanitation and transferring
- Maintain a clean, sanitary brewing environment
- Order hops, yeast and grains per brew schedule
- Attend weekly staff meetings
- Coordinate beer styles and quantities with Brewmaster, Distribution and Tasting Room

- Interest in experimenting and assisting in creation of new recipes
- Attention to detail, organized and mechanically oriented
