CARE is seeking for Data Centers Manager who Leads the implementation of an infrastructure strategy, architecture, service delivery standards and procedures for the US domestic data center. Supervises guides and directs a team of Systems Engineers in the execution and support of CARE’s technology infrastructure strategy for domestic headquarters, field offices and US domestic remote users. For the designated areas of oversight, this position is responsible for effective budgeting, planning, scheduling, prioritization, operations, resource management, staff development and conflict resolution.

Primary Skills
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- One or more specific network certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNA, or CCNP)
- 8 – 10 years experience as a systems or network engineer supporting IT Infrastructure Operations
- 4 – 6 years experience as a team lead or manager for network or system engineers
- Suitable multicultural/international experience for working with supported Country Offices, if applicable.
- Experience developing, implementing and maintaining enterprise-class communications and application infrastructures
- Experience in established IT infrastructure and operations analysis tools, methods, and best practices (e.g. ITIL)
- Experience providing leadership, management, coaching and mentoring and technical expertise to diverse technical staff
- Demonstrated experience in infrastructure operations Budget Planning and Management
- Good Client Partnership and Stakeholder Management skills
- Knowledge of Information Systems, including Software Development and Application Management life cycle methodologies (e.g. SDLC, Agile, ALM)
- Strong Problem Solving and Critical Thinking skills demonstrated through innovative solutions to complex issues
- Experience implementing and managing Windows Server Operations (Win 2008/2012, MS SQL 2005/2010, Exchange 2010/2013)
- Experience implementing and supporting enterprise technology architecture, strategy and planning, including virtualization, SAN, advanced routing and switching
- Experience in business continuity and disaster recovery strategy development, planning, testing and execution
- Experience with Commercial hardware/software evaluation and implementation
- Excellent oral and written communications and presentation skills
- Excellent Planning, Organizing, Leading and Monitoring skills
- Effective oral and written communications skills, demonstrated ability to influence desired outcomes and the ability to work successfully with others.
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills, ability to provide alternatives, root cause analysis, testing skills and ability to prepare business case are also among the skills required.
- Must possess substantial experience designing, implementing and maintaining enterprise-class infrastructure.
