Position summary:
As the Driver Operations Recruiting Associate you are responsible for building a top-notch driver team that act as our front-line brand ambassadors and love delivering a simply awesome experience to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit. You identify, evaluate, and bring in the best drivers in the market to meet demand and continual expansionary needs.
- Train and retain. Ensure the driver team is made up of only the highest-quality drivers. Transfer our customer-first values to new team members and make sure our drivers feel valued and a part of the fluc team.
- Analyze and optimize. Make data-backed decisions and track hiring, earnings, and retention metrics.
Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of operations, marketing, or community management related experience
- Self-starter with experience working in teams
- Deep local connections and in-depth knowledge of the area
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
Pluses:
- Food service or restaurant experience
- Entrepreneurial spirit or past experience working in a start-up
