Sparks Internship Experience

Internship Overview:


Here at Sparks we’re a little bit different. We’re creative. And smart. Not to mention fun! Basically, we like to do things our own way – and that’s what makes us great.


That’s why your summer with Sparks, won’t be a standard run-of-the-mill internship, it will be a Sparks Internship Experience.


The Sparks Internship Experience is designed to give you a chance to work hands-on, with a leading global brand experience agency. Departments that interns may be assigned to include (but are not limited to!): Business Development, Creative, Graphic Design, Events, Human Resources, Strategy, Information Technology, and Custom Retail. Positions are determined based on your interests, skills, and goals, and our departments’ current needs.


What to Expect:


While you’re here you can expect to work hard, learn a ton, and have a great time working with top-notch team. Here are a few things you will experience during your internship:


  • Assist your assigned department with daily tasks

  • Work with other interns on a long-term group project that benefits the organization

  • Undertake an ongoing individual project specific to your role

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for students who are professional, ambitious, intelligent, innovative, and positive. The best candidates will bring a fresh perspective to Sparks and an enthusiasm for learning about our industry. If this sounds like you should fit in perfectly!


A few logistical qualifications:


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be in pursuit of a college degree – all majors welcome!

  • Preferably junior standing or above

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0

  • Eligible to work in U.S.

  • Prior experience is preferred but not required

How to Apply:

  • Part 1: Introduce Yourself!

    • Take a blank sheet of paper and do with it whatever you wish. Your only limitations are the boundaries of this page.

    • Next, create a video (3 minutes or less) – tell us about yourself, why you are interested in Sparks, what you did with your paper, and why.

    • Upload the video as an Unlisted YouTube Video and include the link in your cover letter. ​ ​




  • Part 2: Upload your Resume & Cover Letter as two separate attachments .

    • If there is a particular area of interest to you please let us know in your cover letter, along with your link from above.


Interviews will begin in early 2015.
