Broadcom’s WLAN/Bluetooth Combo chipsets and system solutions provide the technology to make wireless personal area networking a reality. Providing radio frequency, baseband, system and complete software support to OEMs and system integrators, Broadcom’s chips enable the wireless sharing of data among scores of electronic devices, from mobile phones and wireless stereo headsets to PDAs and automobiles. You will participate in the design verification efforts of Broadcom’s highly successful Wireless Personal Area Network (PAN) SOCs by using state-of-art techniques for the design verification of complex SOC communications chips. Responsibilities include: Contribute to the simulation environment, test code coverage methodology, HW/SW co simulation and RTL and gate level simulations; Responsible for execution of verification plans as part of complex ASIC development projects. Contribute the verification flow by enhancing tools/scripts to support design analysis, debugging, and verification; Design test cases to be used in simulation verification. Candidates with MS Electrical Engineering  or Computer Science with interest in IC Design, IC Verification and simulation, RTL and gates, scripting, C , C++, System Verilog, VHDL and high level verification languages like UVM.
