Prosperity America, a veteran-owned call center located in Midland, Georgia has 15 positions available to qualified applicants. The candidates chosen will undergo thorough training and will represent a large telecommunications company in both the customer service and sales processes.


Job Description
Provide world-class service by delivering an effortless customer experience


Interact with a variety of online systems to problem solve, identify sales and retention opportunities, and present an all-inclusive solution that meets the customer’s needs


Consistently meet or exceed sales and customer service objectives in a fast-paced call center environment


Position Requirements:
Excellent telephone etiquette
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Attention to detail and quality-oriented
Exceptional conversational and problem solving skills
High level of proficiency with Internet applications
Ability to effectively diagnose a customer’s issue and potential sales opportunities
MUST adhere to an assigned work schedule, must be dependable and punctual
Hourly wage plus bonus based on meeting weekly metrics


Qualifications: Must have excellent customer service skills
Must have excellent verbal communications skills
Prior Call Center experience a plus
Must be able to pass a Pre-employment Drug Screen and Background check
