Opportunity for Collections Representative:
- $12.00 to $14.00 per hour based on experience
- Monthly bonus plan (annual incentive up to $10,000.00)
- Work in a 1st party secured loan environment

Background Of Collections Representative:
- At least 1 year of consumer related collections experience
- Experience in: Consumer Related Collections, Customer Retention, Default Prevention, Dispute Resolution, Rent-to-own, Check Cashing, Title Loan, Payday Loan, Retail Collections, Installment Loan Collections or other related Collections position
- Experience working some early evening and Saturday hours
Key Objectives Of A Top Collections Representative:
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly goals to allow for a performing portfolio and the credit advancement of our customers
- Utilize the company’s extensive training program to learn the Discover system, phone system, policies and procedures, culture and overall company operations
- Progress into a position to assist other Collection Representatives in meeting their goals
- Team with other branch associates to ensure the success of the branch location
- Seek long term resolution with customers, educate & re-educate our customers on the importance of establishing or rebuilding their credit
- Perform customer budgets and interviews during the loan process

Hours For Collections Representative:
- 5-day work week schedule
- No Sundays
- Work most Saturdays with a day off taken during the week
- 1 Saturday off per month
- 42 – 48 hours a week
- Branch Hours: 9-7 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; 9-6 Wednesday; 10-4 Saturday
- Day off taken during the week if a Saturday is worked
