Experience Associate -Mail Services
Job Summary: FSO provides onsite outsourced solutions founded on proven best practices for management of non-core business functions. FSO is looking for a motivated individual to create complete customer satisfaction providing the FSO service at the site. The Experience Mailroom Associate will be passionate and will respond appropriately to customer requests and inquiries. Will work with team member to ensure timely delivery and pick up of all correspondence.
Responsibilities The responsibilities of the Experience Mail Associate include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for following mail security procedures
- Responsible for completing USPS mail rough & fine sort
- Responsible for loading sorted mail in designated mail carts
- Responsible for maintaining the mail carts for cleanliness & function
- Responsible for delivering USPS and inter-office mail to designated mail drops
- Responsible for processing all inbound accountable shipments and mail utilizing an inbound tracking system
- Responsible for preparing & processing incoming domestic and international company mail (co-mail)
- Responsible for delivering accountable shipments and obtaining delivery signatures
- Responsible for picking-up outgoing USPS and inter-office mail at designated mail drops during scheduled mail sweeps.
- Responsible for sorting and transporting mail or other items requested by client to or from buildings
- Responsible for preparing shipment and outgoing overnight labels
- Responsible for processing outgoing domestic and international company mail (co-mail)
- Responsible for making trips to the Post Office to pick up and drop off mail
- Responsible for delivering processed outgoing USPS First Class & accountable to the post office
- Responsible for recording all volumes and figures for SLAs and reports
- Responsible for completing other client request
- Responsible for providing evaluation, research and service enhancements and problem solution recommendations to Experienced Manager and client
- Additional duties as requested including covering reception desk or other functions when short staffed
Hiring Profile
- High School diploma or GED.
- At least one year experience in an office environment or service industry.
- Demonstrated ability to provide top-level service in the time frames demanded by company personnel.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efforts effectively.
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions independently.
- Ability and desire to learn new tasks.
- Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment.
- Demonstrate a desire to move up within FSO.
- Must have flexible schedule
- Must be able to work one Saturday a month
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $13.00 /hour
