Responsibilities include:
1. Perform daily customer service related tasks to meet the needs of students, staff, faculty and visitors. Provide visitors and callers with information regarding general office inquiries including but not limited to the following: transfer credit process, registration, independent studies/internship, graduation, degree guide and enrollment certifications.
2. Handle registration/creation of independent studies/internships. Efficiently handle data entry of academic records.
3. Assist professional staff with general office duties in times of high volume.
Qualifications:
1. High School diploma required; some college preferred.
2. Minimum one year of office experience (preferably in a university setting).
3. Must have a working knowledge of office equipment and proficiency in MS office.
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and have a working knowledge of office/university procedures and guidelines.
5. Excellent oral and face-to-face skills.
6. Ability to use database software.

This is a temporary position with a duration of no longer than 90 days.
