Patient Access Representative - Greenway Health - Remote





Maintain HIPAA compliance.
  • Schedule patient appointments based on patient’s need and scheduling policies.

  • Answers telephone and gives information to callers; routes call to appropriate personnel and/or takes necessary messages.

  • Work closely with providers and staff to maintain needs of the patient while adhering to scheduling protocols.

  • Display sensitivity to patient needs.

  • Make confirmation calls for future appointments.

  • Able to handle a fast paced environment.

  • Provides excellent customer service.

  • Requirements

    • High School Diploma or GED required.

    • 1-3 years of progressive work experience in the secretarial field, preferably in the medical or dental setting.

    • Proficient in Windows based computer program.

    • Excellent telephone, interpersonal, and communication skills required.
