Job Description The Scheduler performs a wide variety of duties as they relate to company policy. This position provides technical support for medical equipment issues for customers as well as Customer Care Associates. The Scheduler will maintain essential documentation relating to company policy. This person will schedule patient deliveries and the routes of the technicians/drivers and Respiratory Therapists. This position will be in charge of taking orders over the phone from patients. The person in this position must have the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues over the phone and respond to issues or problems regarding equipment usage. They must maintain good communication with fellow employees including Technicians/Drivers, Respiratory Therapists and Home Care Coordinators. Essential Functions
Work Environment This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines and software used to route deliveries. The work is within the office/Branch. Required Experience and Education
