The primary responsibilities of this position are: (1) receive inquiry telephone calls from clients, determine the nature and extent of the clients’ needs, encourages the client to use CareGivers services, assign appropriated health care staff to deliver the service; (2) coordinate the ongoing delivery ofservices; and (3) receive, verify and complete timeslip and other documents and submit them accurately and on a timely basis to the fiscal office enabling them to pay employees and bill clients for services rendered.
