  • Answer telephones in a busy pediatric office

  • Have excellent customer service skills, ensuring that all callers have a positive experience with our call center.

  • Ability to take messages and send them to the appropriate person

  • Ability to schedule patient appointments in the appropriate slot with the appropriate provider and office.

  • Obtain patient information, making sure all information is correct

  • Must have at least one year experience in customer service

  • Basic computer and telephone skills
