1. Implements all direct mail programs to the property database.
2. Maintains database systems including, but not limited to, backups, performance analysis, Direct Mail file creation and deployment in coordination with IT.
3. Coordinates complete reporting and analysis of all database figures in Microsoft Excel utilizing data gathered from multiple SQL databases.
4. Generates mailing lists for all direct marketing efforts.
5. Responsible for system modifications associated with implementation of promotional systems and player accounts.
6. Other related duties as required by the Director of Marketing.

Demonstrated knowledge of database analysis to include:
- Experience with MS SQL.
- Comfortable with triggers, stored procedures, and data warehousing.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an intermediate to advanced level.
- Knowledge of casino marketing and statistics fundamentals highly desirable.
- Must be available for scheduled work and be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours when required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline. Equivalent work experience will be accepted.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must possess and be able to maintain the applicable regional Gaming card(s) and/or License(s), if any.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English. Must be able to read and write simple lists, interoffice memorandums, and business correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
