Casting Admin Assistant job - DreamWorks Animation - Universal City, CA





Seeking a well-organized and highly efficient individual who is interested in working in all aspects of casting to assist the VP of Casting at DreamWorks Animation. The position assists in covering television, feature film and feature animation casting. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, heavy phones, maintaining talent database and availabilities, scheduling auditions, editing of talent reels, organizing recording sessions, maintaining Cast It projects, CD/DVD database organization, general office and project organization. This desk is often covering a heavy and fast paced work load.


Agency or casting experience is a plus.

Knowledge of Outlook, FileMaker Pro, iMovie, iDVD and Cast It are preferred.

Candidate should be professional while keeping a positive and fun attitude.
