We are looking for a motivated individual to join the team. Must be organized, detailed and EXPERIENCED. This is an amazing opportunity for the perfect candidate.

- Bank Reconciliations.
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- General Ledger through financial statements.
- Cash Management.
- Prepare and file various tax forms.
- Develop and maintain contact lists, agendas, meeting scheduling, personal schedule, routine communication and coordinate other business support activities
- Organize complex travel planning and coordination including reservations (car, airline, hotel), itinerary planning, travel miles, hotel points, etc.
- Assistance with staying organized
- Email management, scheduling and calendaring
- General Errands (personal purchases, shopping, generating ideas for gifts, research & sourcing gifts, packaging & sending gifts, etc.)
- Gate-keep and coordinate the ever-changing details in the life of an active broadcast entertainer.
- Make doctors appointments, ordering show tickets, making restaurant reservations, etc.
- Review invoices and ensure it gets forwarded to appropriate channels for approval & payment, reconcile credit card statements, respond to invitations, insuring packages get to the appropriate place, etc.
- Perform additional tasks as they arise
- MUST BE experienced with Excel, Word and QuickBooks
