Hop Valley Brewing is looking for an eager individual with a passion for beer to join our team. This is a Swing Shift Position.
Cellar duties include but not limited to:
- CIP of fermenters & brite tanks **Cleanliness is of utmost importance-an understanding of sanitation is a must
- Carbonating Beer
- CO2 Testing
- Dry hopping beers
- Yeast handling
- Operation of Centrifuge
- Strong work ethic
- Willingness to work varied hours/weekend work
- Part-time possibly leading to full time
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Experience in related field preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older
