Cellar Position job - Hop Valley Brewing Co - Eugene, OR

Hop Valley Brewing is looking for an eager individual with a passion for beer to join our team. This is a Swing Shift Position.

Cellar duties include but not limited to:


  • CIP of fermenters & brite tanks **Cleanliness is of utmost importance-an understanding of sanitation is a must

  • Carbonating Beer

  • CO2 Testing

  • Dry hopping beers

  • Yeast handling

  • Operation of Centrifuge

  • Strong work ethic

  • Willingness to work varied hours/weekend work

  • Part-time possibly leading to full time

  • Ability to lift 50lbs

  • Experience in related field preferred

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
