The Secretary is responsible to perform clerical activities in support of the assigned department(s.) The secretary performs a wide range of duties requiring independent discretion for the department. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: preparation of projects and presentations; typing correspondence, policies, flowcharts and other documents; scheduling of meetings including the use of Live Meeting and Movi; provider scheduling; coordination of travel arrangements; completion of reimbursement requests; management of Outlook schedules and email as needed; taking incoming calls and directing visitors; ordering office supplies, and maintaining and updating records. This role requires a high level of customer service skills.

Job Skills Description

Education and/or years experience required:

High school graduate or GED plus specialized secretarial, business and/or administrative support coursework • Minimum of 3 years’ secretarial experience in a complex office environment requiring discretion, initiative, and independent judgment. • Proficient and comprehensive skills in personal computer software systems and applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations and databases. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Access). • Experience managing multiple calendars, and with Movi and Live
