The candidate for the Staff Physical Design position will be responsible, but not limited to
– working as part of a highly talented ASIC physical design team with focus on mixed signal physical design.
– be able to implement design from RTL-to-GDS, including floorplanning, powerplanning, CTS, place & route, timing analysis, phyiscal verification, signal integrity analysis.
– be able to communicate and work effectively with analog/digital/DFT designers to tackle any challenges for the implementation of the design.
– be able to work with EDA vendors to resolve tool issues and drive furture technologies.
Minimum Requirements
– BS 3+ years in Electrical/Computer Engineering, MS is preferred
– Hands on experience on Physical Design/STA.
– Strong scripting skill on TCL/Perl is preferred.
– Good understanding on CTS/Power Analysis/DFT is a plus.
– Good attitude to work and be enthusiatic on challenging designs.
– Familiar with industry EDA tools like Atop/CadenceEDI/ICC/PrimeTime/Apache/Calibre.
