Rittenhouse Hill Apartments is seeking a full-time friendly and service-oriented candidate to work at a luxury residential property in Philadelphia.
We are looking for a qualified candidate who has previous concierge experience or customer service experience.
Candidate must be professional, service-minded, reliable and provide exceptional service to our residents, guests, contractors/vendors, and management.
DUTIES:
- Responsible for greeting and directing residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Serve as the first point of contact for the property
- Provide a security presence on-site
- Observe monitors for suspicious activities and report
- Maintain logs for visitors, contractors, keys, incident reports, daily activities
- Monitor traffic and alert residents to arriving guests and deliveries
- Verify and record visitor information
- Answer calls and provide information, i.e. directions
- Manage maintenance requests and inquires about the area
- Receive and process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and food deliveries
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience working in the customer service field
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Mature, reliable, highly organized, attentive, detailed, courteous, friendly, and professional
- Ability to multi- task
- Strong Computer skills
- Must be able to sit, stand, reach, and bend
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Remain calm under pressure
- Handle conflicts in a calm and effective manner
- Dependable and reliable
- Yardi software experience a plus
- Required to work weekends and evenings
Compensation: $13.00-$15.50* *Depending on experience
