A Janitorial Maintenance performs regular building cleaning and other related duties to help the building function efficiently. The ideal candidate should have good work ethic. The position requires a person capable of working comfortably as part of a Janitorial team and in tandem with others at the facility as well as working responsibly on their own. Must be able to work conscientiously, be self motivated, and be able to schedule and complete numerous tasks with minimum oversight. This position requires an attention to detail as well as physical demands and the applicant should be comfortable with both. Requirements– Valid State photo ID-no Custodian or building maintenance experience required 18 years of age or older Both males and females could apply Up to $17 per hour +Benefits Janitorial Duties – Perform hands-on basic maintenance tasks.– Organize and maintain tools.– Work independently and with other Facilities Department employees on a day-to-day basis performing regular building upkeep.
