Transportation Dispatcher Needed for Growing Company in Indianapolis!!!
- Hours are 8-530 pm Monday-Friday with possible overtime on Saturday
- Pays $15-18 an hour based on experience
- 1 week of paid vacation
- Job Flexibility with a locally owned and operated company
- Requires effective customer service skills and a individual that can multi-task and is good at problem solving
- Requires a highly organized person who is able to communicate in person and over the phone with others
- Individual should be able to run a fully operational dispatching service, monitor traffic conditions and coordinate the daily operations of drivers
- Candidate needs to be able to input daily trip information into computer systems, check drivers schedules and identify any operational and regulatory risks
- Must comply with all uniform and appearance guidelines
- Must be able to develop strong , positive working relationships with all truck drivers
- Must have 1-3 years of dispatch experience in some industry but prefer in the transportation industry
