Call Center Agent - Anserfone - Cordova, TN


We are seeking to hire individuals for full-time employment in our 24 hour Call Center. These individuals must have open availability between the hours of 2pm – 2am. You will be taking orders, customer service requests and emergency messages for our clients. You will also be handling ministry calls and must be willing to pray with callers upon request. Only serious applicants looking for long term employment need apply. All job inquiry’s must be submitted by Thursday Dec. 17, 2015.


The ideal candidate will have:


> Proficient oral and written communication skills along with basic computer skills


> Excellent telephone skills


> Must have dependable transportation (this job isn’t on a normal bus line)


> Ability to work a full-time shift between the hours of 2p-2a (minimum of 1
weekend day required)


> Must be able to type at least 35 wpm and be proficient in spelling and grammar
