A growing web-based company who provide medical institutions advice on money saving products, requires an experienced telesales executive to join the small, but busy team
Key Responsibilities:
To encourage customers to buy products, services or to accept a trial period or a visit from a sales representative
Making over 80 outgoing calls a day, describing the product benefits and any special offers
Documenting information about the customer including dates for follow up calls
Meeting sales targets set by Directors in order to achieve bonus.
Essential Skills/ Experience:
At least one year’s experience of working in a sales support, administration or sales role
Excellent communication and listening skills with ability to build relationships
Good working knowledge of MS Office
A positive attitude, flexible, well-organised and thorough, even under pressure
Revenue, target & sales focused
Networking skills – be able to create, develop, and preserve relationships with both clients and staff members and their communities
