A growing web-based company who provide medical institutions advice on money saving products, requires an experienced telesales executive to join the small, but busy team


Key Responsibilities:



  • To encourage customers to buy products, services or to accept a trial period or a visit from a sales representative




  • Making over 80 outgoing calls a day, describing the product benefits and any special offers




  • Documenting information about the customer including dates for follow up calls




  • Meeting sales targets set by Directors in order to achieve bonus.



Essential Skills/ Experience:



  • At least one year’s experience of working in a sales support, administration or sales role




  • Excellent communication and listening skills with ability to build relationships




  • Good working knowledge of MS Office




  • A positive attitude, flexible, well-organised and thorough, even under pressure




  • Revenue, target & sales focused




  • Networking skills – be able to create, develop, and preserve relationships with both clients and staff members and their communities
