Senior Software Support / Customer Support Specialist – Global Brand – JAVA,SQL,XML,PDF,HTML – £35k
Senior Senior Support Analyst with some light software development ability required to be responsible for 1st and 2nd level application support for our clients leading global product to ensure customer satisfaction for both internal (Sales, Consulting etc.) and external clients
Your role will include resolving problems and support issues raised by customers via phone, e-mail or portal by developing quality solutions ensuring the customer receives the service as promised.
Role Requirements include;
4+ years software support experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Logical and analytical problem solving skills
Positive client service approach with a ‘Can do-will do’ attitude
You will display proven technical skills in:
Product related technologies such as XML, XSL, Windows, HTML and PDF
Environment related technologies such as Linux, Solaris and AIX
Some basic Java script and Java skills would be essential
Application Server experience such as WebSphere, WebLogic and JBoss
