Salary Rate of Pay $12.00/hour OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY: Under General Supervision of Supervisor, Claims Administration, OPENS and STAMPS, with current date, all incoming mail. PERUSES correspondence for nature of request and ASSIGNS priority to all first letters of attorney’s representation. LOGS correspondence into Mainframe computer Claims application and LOCATES files. ATTACHES correspondence to file and ENSURES no duplication of files. 1. OPENS incoming mail and STAMPS with current date. 4. LOGS correspondence into Mainframe computer claim files. 6. LOCATES file within office area and ATTACHES correspondence. 8. MAINTAINS running inventory listing of files located within adjusters’ and supervisors’ areas.
