Customer Service Call Center Representative – Bilingual Spanish – Rancho Cordova, CA
As a Customer Service Call Center Representative, you may work with a headset, but it’s your mindset that makes you most valuable. As the voice of Progressive, you’ll be the first interaction many of our customers have with us. Using your ability to make real connections with others, you’ll help our customers and agents with questions about policies, billing and other insurance needs.

Work Schedule:
9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday
Pay Rate:
$15.65 to $18.95 per hour, plus shift differential for non-traditional hours
Education, Experience and Skills Needed to be Successful:
- Minimum two years customer service experience, in person or over the phone
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and listening
- Demonstrated success in a team environment
- Proven time managment strategies
- Computer skills including: navigation through internet and intranet, typing or keyboard, understanding of basic software applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, Lotus, Email)
- Fluent in
Spanish
written and verbal communication
- High School diploma or equivalent
