Enter the Energy industry as a Helper in our Field Metering Services department. We are seeking individuals with strong customer service skills and comfort driving and working in all types of weather and terrain. This person may work under the direction of a techinican to complete inspections for interior service line leaks and/or atmospheric corrosion, operating curb valves, performing credit disconnection work (summer months only), and conducting miscellaneous surveys. In addition, Helpers operate associated data entry devices and prepare documents/reports as required by the work performed. Since our Field Metering Services Department works closely with their peers and our customers, excellent communication skills are critical when it comes to customer satisfaction.

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Preferences:
Must have a valid vehicle operator’s license
Must be able to drive and work in all types of weather and terrain
Good customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with MicroSoft computer applications
Able to work overtime and all shifts as required
Background in the military is a plus
Education Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Testing Required (If none listed, no tests are required)
Must successfully pass required aptitude tests.
Working Conditions
Working outside customer homes.
