We’re in search of dynamic Chat Customer Service Representatives that are passionate about entertainment and technology to work in our Salt Lake City Office. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and team-oriented with a passion for helping others; someone excited to join a high-performing team providing exceptional customer service over the phone to current and future customers. Our Chat team will be opening up for graveyards starting the beginning of 2016. We need some great experienced chat agents who have open flexibility in their schedules and are looking for full time schedules. *This is not a work from home position

You Have:
- A high school diploma (or GED equivalent)
- Required 1 year previous chat experience
- Great typing skills (at least 50 words per minute required)
- Open availability in your schedule
- The ability to work 40 hours per week
- People experience (customer service experience preferred)
- Amazing phone presence (people can literally hear you smiling)
- Experience using a streaming player or gaming system (PS3, Wii, Xbox, Apple TV, iPad, etc.)
- An understanding of basic computer and home networking terminology (operating systems, browsers, routers, modems, etc)
