Position Summary JOB SUMMARY The Patient Registration Clerk provides registration services for Inpatient, Outpatient and ED patients. He/She obtains accurate data collection and entry, per appropriate and required demographics, financial and medical information. Performs other registration functions to support favorable clinical outcomes, and timely reimbursement for care. Perform his/her duties with a sense of “Patient Advocacy” in tandem with OhioHealth O’Bleness Hospital’s Mission, Vision, Values and commitment to the community.
