Qualification:
- Diploma or Degree in a technical discipline is a benefit though not required
- A qualification in a testing methodology (waterfall, agile, etc.). is a benefit though not required
Commercial Experience:
- Previous e-learning experience and an interest in the web training industry is required

Required Skills:

- Managing your time and identifying bugs through explorative testing.
- Excellent general computer use and knowledge (Windows/Mac).
- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and knowledge in various web browsing platforms.
- Regressing testing.
- Explorative testing.
- Virtual Environment testing experience (VMWare).
Other Skills:
Duties:
- Functional testing role on all aspects of online courseware to ensure correct operation.
- Multi-platform testing across various browsers and/or devices
- Visual inspection of courseware elements to ensure a standard style has been applied. Neatness of content elements – graphics, text, audio.
- Liaise with Project Managers, Learning Managers/Instructional Designers, Programmers and Graphic Designers to ensure correct implementation of requested changes.
- Retest bugs when resubmitted and provide sign-off or remedial action recommendations on behalf of QA.
- Work as part of a team with Project Manager, Graphic Designers, and Instructional Designers to meet delivery dates.
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Senior Management, and QA Manager.
