Under the limited supervision of the Property Manager, responsible for the general day-to-day operation of the parking garage.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for assigning parking spaces and issuing parking cards.
- Responsible for collecting cash for daily parking, operating a cash register, preparing the bank deposit slip and collecting charge-back tickets for billing to tenant’s account.
- Responsible for enforcing garage rules and regulations, to include policing visitor’s parking.
- Responsible for garage inspections to assist the Property Manager in the management and maintenance of the parking garage. These inspections include; walking the entire parking garage to include the stairwells and elevator and noting any deficiencies; i.e. trash, elevator problems, lights out, abandoned vehicles, etc. Reports are to be done on a daily basis and given to the Property Manager.
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining the inventory of garage equipment.
- Responsible for the garage computer to include maintenance of parking cards, time locks, monitor tenant activities and print reports.

Salary: $12.00 /hour
