A two partner accountancy practice in Northwood, now seeks an Accounts Junior/ Semi-Senior, (part -qualified ACCA or ACA) to assist senior personnel with the preparation of financial and management accounts, VAT returns and other relevant financial schedules, for Companies, Partnerships and Sole Traders.
To be considered for this position you will have previously worked in small/medium sized accounting practice for at least one year; have sound IT knowledge, including Microsoft Excel, and have good written and verbal communication skills.
The role will allow the right candidate to study and progress their accounting, tax and client facing skills, in this small but dynamic firm.
The firm’s core business is working with £50k to £7m turnover business across all sectors with the role being 70% accounts, 10% audits and the rest made up of specialist assignments including service charge accounts, VAT, personal and trust tax.
They also have a specialist area in the preparation of service charge accounts for blocks of flats.
Friendly, established practise are happy to negotiate a commercial package based on the level of experience and qualification.
