The Company:
Company Fusion Limited is working with a successful office equipment solutions provider offering a number of both Colour and Black & White copying, printing and scanning solutions throughout the UK. We are currently looking for an experienced, highly motivated Area Sales Executive to be based in their busy office in High Wycombe; this is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding and forward thinking company.
Area Sales Executive – Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will been given a number of new business opportunities to develop and build, however you will be targeted on proactively seeking and securing profitable new business opportunities on a monthly basis.
- You will be expected to go business to business canvassing as an individual and as part of the team, and also spend time in the office telephone canvassing, to make your own appointments.
- On a weekly basis you will have a one to one with your Line Manager and go through your weekly activity sheet with your call rates, leads, quotes, prospect list, and general activity.
- You will be responsible to keep the account database of your area up to date, by inputting the details you obtain from telephoning and appointments, which will allow you to set reminders and target mail-outs.
- Upon a successful sale you will be responsible to demonstrate the product on-site to the customer and look after and develop the account.
- You will be responsible for creating quotations, which will be typed, and accurately complete lease and company documentation.
- You may be given additional work by your Line Manager.
- We will provide training on both Konica Minolta Multifunctional Products, and Lease Finance, should this be required.
The Person – Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous direct sales experience would be preferable
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good team player, but also have the ability to be able to work on own initiative
- Be able to find new business to business leads and sell the right product/s into the end user
- Outgoing, confident, self-motivated person who has the desire to succeed and progress
- Due to the nature of our industry, it is expected you will be flexible with regards to your start and finish times.
