Our client is one of the UK’s largest and most well respected leisure management operators, operating sites throughout the UK. They are currently looking to recruit for a contract maintenance manager to manage the technical resposibilities accross their 3 sites in their Buckinghamshire contract.
This will be a ‘hands on’ role, and the successful candidate will ideally be qualified to ONC or City & Guilds in either Building Services or a Building Fabric related discipline. Experience of planned preventative maintenance and facility management will be of benefit. Also a current Pool Plant Operators Certificate would be an advantage – although this may be achieved whilst in post.
This successful applicant will oversee the Maintenance at their 3 keyu centre within the contract. The role will include managing the PPM schedules on-site and liaising with the relevant staff or contractor to complete proactive and reactive maintenance tasks.
