Job Description
An opportunity with the Finance team has arisen for an experienced Credit Controller to join the team on a Permanent basis.
The Finance team consists of 5 others with the successful candidate being responsible for the sole credit control department.
The role consists of;
* Producing aged debtor report
* Negotiating repayment terms
* Chasing customers by telephone, email and letter
* Issuing letters when payments aren’t forthcoming
* Preparing files for legal proceedings
* Credit referencing
* Dealing with any queries that arise
* Producing aged debtor reports
* Raising credit notes
* Producing sales invoices
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will be experienced and flexible with their approach to work;
* Experienced within Credit Control and Sales Ledger
* Knowledge of Sage Line 50
* Experience chasing small business for outstanding monies
* Efficient working knowledge of Sage Line 50
* Flexible approach to work
* Hard working
* Team player
* Ability to build rapport easily
